The implementation of the ambitious project called HHP Health Park has begun in the Lakatamia area of Nicosia.
This multifunctional complex includes residential, commercial, medical, educational, and entertainment facilities.
The monumental project is owned by Elhadi Holdings Limited, a company that has real estate assets in Cyprus and abroad.
Currently, the developer's efforts are focused on the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings that will be part of HHP Residences. All the houses have been designed to meet the diverse needs of modern society with a focus on providing a sustainable and vibrant environment.
It is expected that the first two buildings, comprising 42 apartments (studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments), will be completed by spring 2024. Upon full completion of the construction, the HHP Residences complex will consist of 494 residential units with a total area of 3,300 square meters. Infrastructure works on the 175,000 square meters plot will also be carried out in parallel with the construction of residential buildings.
In the second phase of HHP Health Park, there will be commercial and office spaces, shops, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.
This decision is expected to simplify the lives of the residents of the multifunctional complex. The project also includes the "Hadassah" Health Park, which will offer comprehensive medical services within a patient-oriented technological platform, facilitating seamless information exchange between "Hadassah Cyprus" and "Hadassah Israel."
